I offer a common sense approach to nutrition including using nutrient-dense whole foods, fermented foods, fasting, targeted supplements and naturopathic principles to support your body’s innate ability to heal.
I have a special interest in women’s health conditions including menopause, irregular and painful periods, endometriosis and POCD.
