We all want to be healthy and to feel our best.  Learning how to really care for yourself physically and mentally is an essential life skill.  I have 25 years of experience and an extensive tool kit to help you to optimise your health.  I offer yoga classes,  courses and consultations to design a program that meet your needs.

Whether it is weight loss, a specific health issue or health maintenance I work with you to provide effective therapies to get results. The foods we feel best on and our self care routines need to be updated periodically as our needs change due to ageing, menopause and life stresses.   I help you to evaluate where the opportunities for change exist and support you in making them.  A little bit of targeted help can go a long way to helping you feel better.

Women have specific health needs and my passion is providing expert support from menarche  (first period) through to  menopause.   Through  ‘Celebration Day for Girls’, ‘Cycle-Wise Women’ and my dedicated Menopause Clinic I specialise in educating, empowering and and improving the health of girls and women.

 

Supporting women to nurture themselves, look after their health and to feel good in their own skin is my passion.

Celebration Day for Girls

Celebration Day for Girls is a  workshop for girls aged 10-13 years.

Educating, equipping and empowering girls about periods and positive body image launches them on a positive trajectory into the teen years.  Celebration Day strengthens the bonds between mothers and daughters and builds communication, trust and connection. The positive peer support between the girls affirms each girl as unique, valued and special.  Celebration Day for Girls is the best gift you can give your pre-teen daughter.

I’ve been practicing and enjoying Yoga for close to 30 years and Julia is up there with the best of them as Yoga teacher, mentor and friend.
