I have been teaching yoga for 25 years to people of all ages and abilities. I make yoga safe, fun and accessible to every student.  I teach all the yoga classes and take a maximum of eight students to ensure that I can tailor the practices to your needs.

I offer hands on adjustments and provide specific modifications to adjust the poses to accommodate your individual needs including injuries and health issues.

During each class you will experience movements that ease your bodies aches and pains, improve your flexibility and build strength and tone. The unique combination of moving slowly and breathing freely creates a spaciousness and relaxation in the body and mind that leaves you feeling renewed and restored.

Building a strong, flexible body and a calm, concentrated mind is the foundation for good health.

The benefits of yoga are felt after the first class and continue to grow the more you practice. Yoga creates a healthy and balanced body and mind. 

Group classes are run along the school terms and last for 10 weeks.  Payment is required at the start of the term.  There are no classes on public holidays.

Private and Family classes are available by appointment.
